Installation

Upgrades

The current version of Dynamics GP is Dynamics GP 2010. If you are running version 10, version 9, or an earlier version, and your enhancement is current, NextLevel will upgrade your GP databases and programs to the current version. Help Desk

Stuck batch? Searched for the error message and found nothing? NextLevel can help. We troubleshoot Dynamics GP problems on a daily basis, and you don't even have to be a current customer. Training

NextLevel provides customized, one-on-one training, typically using GoToMeeting over the Internet. Did a key user leave without documenting any of her processes? Train new employees in their specific functions to get them up to speed quickly. Training sessions include our famous "Cheat Sheets" as a take-away, so that each student can refer to the steps and screen shots long after the training session is done. Training is billed by the hour, not by the head, so you can have up to 15 people training for the same price as one person.

Integrations

OB10 Electronic Invoice Integration

Do you need do submit invoices to vendors through the OB10 system? NextLevel can provide an export process to automatically push the invoice data out of Dynamics GP so you can submit the invoices through the OB10 portal. Contact us for more details
